I have raw data for a tensile test. No extensometer was used during the test. On this account extension of machine parts including fixtures load cells and ... has entered into the raw data. is there any way to eliminate and compensate for this without running back to the test again.

My answer is:no.
Any equipment has its own compliance, drift on so on that may depend in a complex way on the applied forces. So That you cannot account for it without making specific tests. At that point I would replicate The tensile tests in the right way. That is using extensometers.
depending on the type of machine you use you may have the opportunity to make a reference run of the machine with a very rigid sample to determine the machine compliance and compensate it by a machine routine.

even if you get the machine compliance, please make attention especially for dumbbell shaped samples. The deformation should be measured away from clamps within the uniformly stressed section of the sample. Soft or hard matter , flat or rough samples, may suffer different drift to within the clamps, therefore the resulting machine "compiance" may differ.
The test procedure should be in conformance with the published test specification and shouldbe repeated consistently for every test. It is important that the test specification be followed for speed of testing. Some materials are sensitive to test speed, and different speeds will give different results. Also, many testing machine loadand
strain-measuring instruments are not capable of responding fast enough for accurate
recording of test results if an excessive test speed is used
