thats hard question. need to know how many cluster heards and cluster nodes you have. If you are searching cluster node based on cluster heads you need to know rate of distribution of cluster heads. distribution rate is way you make membership functions in fuzzy model and number of CH is number of inputs to fuzzy model and output is one CN. after this you get distribution model for Ch Election Protocol

I need to simulate a network in which ch's are choosen based on the results of a fuzzy system

In every roud the ch is choosen based on the fuzzy output .

And every node calculates its weight based on fuzzy output .
