Would you send me cif files of these unit cells: p(4 × 4)and (√7×√7)R19.1 for Ni(100),Ni(111) and Ni(110)?

Hi !

I can make some unit cells like Ni(100),Ni(111) and Ni(110) in material but I don't know how can I make the unit cells like p(4 × 4)and (√7×√7)R19.1 for Ni(100),Ni(111) and Ni(110) . I need these kind of unit cells for gas adsorption.
