Dear Yuri Mirgorod,

I checked the patent. That was about loading Gd in DOTA not removing the Gd from the chelator after making the complex. Actually, I want to replace Gd in DOTA with Ga which is radioactive.

Replacement of Gd on Ga problem. Complexes form d-elements, and Ga is p -element. You need to synthesize the compound, rather than replace. It's my opinion.

Thanks again for your reply. Actually, we have a substance with DOTA-Gd for MRI and we want to replace the Gd with Ga for PET!!!

We have ordered this chemical and we do not have any information about the structure then we can not synthesize it with Ga.
