There are many projects of new towns during physical regeneration (1945-1968) in UK. I want to review and analysis the architectural, urban planning and design of successful example.
Due to the decline in the historical urban public realm, regenerating through cultural and creative planning have potentials to be a responsive solution. This approach not only leads to social and physical improvements in blighted areas but also makes them more vital by flourishing activities. This approach can help us to find out how this process would take part in promoting sustainable urban development as a current challenging topic.
