I am completing the PRISMA 2020 flow-diagram for my systematic review.
I have included papers that are follow-ups of participants who took part in a previously done clinical trial. The clinical trial was not done again. In another paper that I have included, participants did not know of the follow up which was taken in a interview form, and it was done to obtain additional information by other researchers. Would these papers be considered reports or studies?

If you have two papers about the same subjects, it is usually best to say you have one study with two reports. In a meta-analysis, it is the studies you do the systematic review/meta-analysis on, not the reports.
