Working with GVM function in SNLO

I just started working with SNLO . for practice i used the numbers in the table of article: " Group-velocity-matched three-wave mixing in birefringent crystals" written by Smith. however i could not obtain the same result, i have attached the table . any one could show me how to do one example of this table?
