One of my paper was rejected by Journal of Sustainable Tourism because they comment that without natural and public capital, you cannot measure livelihood.

For example: I explained it in my article as follows:

Generally, livelihood opportunity of any households depends on four basic variables:

1. Physical Capital

2. Natural Capital

3. Human Capital

4. Public Capital

The people of study area has their lands (private capital) that have been used for agriculture purpose but the natural capital is forest and river, but this capital is not in the access of local people because of conservation efforts by the Government. The quality of natural capital is also badly affected due to forest exploitation, so natural capital was excluded due to this purpose. Public capital was also excluded because road and rail network of study area is in worst condition.
