if there is anyone which could recommend me some papers that contains material real permittivity and loss tangent in 5GHz wifi indoor scenario？

if there is anyone which could recommend me some papers that contains lamber and directive parameters in 5GHz wifi indoor scenario？

Now，to use a software， I needs these things，

1. material real permittivity and loss tangent,

these two parameters can be find by some papers published， but anyone could recommend some other better papers to me？

2. lambert and directive

2.1 lambert.s

2.2 directive.s and directive.alpha

these parameters are related to the calculation of scattering. Which could be find in the paper "Degli-Esposti, Vittorio, et al. "Measurement and modelling of scattering from buildings." IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation 55.1 (2007): 143-153."

In fact they are two different methods to compute the scattering： Lambertian Model and Directive Model

if there is anyone which could recommend me some papers that contains the measurement parameters mentioned above？
