Will species that are mostly clones have more problems than obligate sexually reproducing species in this rapidly changing world?

Are clones prone to extinction? Or are they more fit?

Probably the biggest problems are for individuals of species that reproduces sexually and that have been artificially cloned. Those that are naturally of asexual reproduction (in which each new individual is a natural clone of its "parent") have their own "skills" to survive.
