Surface Plasmon interaction in 2D monolayer materials e.g. MoS2 with Gold or Ag films can give rise to change in the energy Hamiltonian But will it effect the Lattice constants too ??

What do you mean by "affecting lattice constant"? Plasmons are quasi particle excitations or oscillations of charge density, so if you're asking whether they will change the lattice constant of a crsytal, the answer is no.

Thanks for your kind reply. My question regarding "affecting lattice constant" means whether lattice get distorted or contracted with interactions of these charge oscillation over the surface of some 2D materials or not ?
