In some countries over 90 percent. official matters citizens now have to do the Internet at home. Similarly with payments and transfers via the Internet as part of electronic banking. However, at present there is no electronic bank, in which all operations would be carried out by machines and computers equipped with artificial intelligence and other advanced information processing technologies without staff employed.
Therefore, I am asking you with the following question:
Will electronic banks be created in the future, in which all operations would be carried out by machines and computers without employed personnel?

Seems like such e-banks will have different types of employees : namely staff to maintain the integrity of such AI machines and provide audit / double check of the function of this system .
In my opinion, the development of Information Technology Industry 4.0 may enable in the future the emergence of banking, in which customer service and transactional services will be replaced with automated transaction systems and machines, robots, and online avatars that will take over the role of banking advisors, which are people employed. This technology will make it possible for increasing competition between banks and also from fin-techs to force this. However, if it happens to most banks, if fully automated and internationalized electronic banks without employees in the person of advisers will become a standard, then banking will be something significantly different than it is today. In such a situation, will the fully automated staff deprived of the client's advisors still be considered as public trust institutions - if we will be serviced by machines instead of people?
