Hi,

I found most papers used ferricyanide as the redox probes in electrochemical measurement like electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, while only a few used rutehium hexaammine; are there any particular reasons for that? Is it because rutehium hexaammine is more expensive? Also, for the concentration of ferricyanide as the redox probes, most used 1mM or 5mM, does the concentration really affect the electrochemical measurement?

Thanks,

Dan
