When UGC and NACC have already given guidelines. then why autonomous bodies are not following the norms ? Then Why in promotion policies the orientation and refresher course are there, which are nothing but training based.

Any way many thanks to UGC and a newly constituted Committee to review the lacuna in the University system specially for API. But what will happen to those who had already lost their career advancement.
