Your spectra looks like not calibrated by the spectrophotometer you used. Could you check the wavelength calibration using a mercury lamp or florescent lighting to compare its standard spectrum. So you can know how far the wavelength difference between the readings from your spectrophometer and the corrected values are. Then work out the calibration.
