Why the Large scale pull down result shows the piled up protein in the upper part of the gel ?

I did a large scale strep pull down assay followed by silver staining. Then I got the following result which I have attached herewith. The result shows that, proteins moved only up to some extend (Piled up in the upper part of the gel). Previously, I have got good results with the same procedure.

Do any one know the reason for this..?
