Why the airway resistance will increase when the velocity of air flow become quicker?

My opinion: When the velocity is quicker, Reynold number will be bigger and so as shear rate, leading to decrease of blood viscosity, which will contribute to the decrease of resistance(R=8nl/πr^4，n means blood viscosity)
