Hi, I have question about the results of my dynamic rheology test. it is about calcium phosphate cement setting. I can't understand why the curves of G' and G" don't intersect even after cement setting.

in some literature I have seen this trend but there is no explanation.

I thought after cement setting the tan(delta) should become greater than 1, but in my results it is smaller than 1 in all intervals.
