Why some researchers have high RG score with only few papers?

I am a novice researcher and is curious why some researchers have high RG score though they have only 2 or 3 papers, arenot active in research gate and have only few citations? I have seen my colleague with only one paper but RG score of 4. While, though I have 5 article, my RG score is only 1.97? Why does that happen?
