What do you mean by "Not correctly" ?

The difference with Scholar for instance is that Scholar automatically searches for new items on different deposits. ResearchGate need you to upload your works yourself. So if people citing you are not uploading their works on the platform, therefore, your citation count is lower than on Scholar.
