Why recovery of Ca is different with CaSi, CaFe, Pure Ca Solid wire, Pure Ca powder wire?

Why it is said that pure calcium solid wire will give better recovery then CaFe wire or pure Ca powder wire?

Factors to be taken into account are the help given to calcium solubility by diffrent alelemnts accompanying calciumand how the powder is shielded by the steel tube. A supply of pure Ca (so called HiCal) uses a special shielding that protects early melting of the calcium, thus giving higher calcium yield, but with a higher cost material
