When I increased absorber thickness of perovskite solar cells on SCAPs simulation happen:
- short circuit current density increase -> that's correct ( from research paper)
- fill factor decrease -> that's correct ( from research paper)
- open-circuit voltage increase -> that's wrong (from research paper)
From these research paper, they explained the voltage decrease when the absorber thickness increase.
Can everyone please help me explain my situation in the SCAPs simulation?

In order to interpret you results you have to display your dark current I-V curves and your illuminated I-V curves.
For one junction model of the solar cell the open circuit voltage Voc is expressed by:
Voc= nVt ln Isc/ Is
where Isc is the shortcircuit current and Is is the reverse situation current and n is the ideality factor.
So, in order to explain your results you have to determine Isc, n, and Is for the different absorber thickness.

For overly thick photoactive layer, the Vic suddenly drops due to aggrevated recombination loss. There will be a rapid decrease in FF die to decreasing electric field in absorber layer with increasing forward biase, this brings about decreased charge carrier collection as it's aided by the electric field. Current density increases with increases thickness due to improved spectral response to longer wavelength solar irradiance; there is increases exciton generation hence PCE also increases.
