My queries are:
Even nitrogen is rhe major constituent of atmosphere. What makes it to not form the cloud?
If in some cases it does, then what are consequences and impact of nitrogen cloud in the atmosphere?
And tell me in which case the nitrogen cloud is formed?

Well, the reason for not having nitrogen clouds in the Earth atmosphere has mostly to do with the physical characteristics of the molecule. It condenses around -195.79C (77K) and freezes around -210.01C (63K). This explains why H2O is the only molecule that condenses, evaporates, freezes and sublimate within the range of the Earth's pressures and temperatures.
Things are quite different on other planets. Just Google "nitrogen clouds" and you will immediately find several posts on a recent discovery, which hints to the possible presence of nitrogen clouds on Pluto. It is still not quite demonstrated, but on that external planet the conditions are certainly closer to the above temperatures. Maybe...
