It would be good to have some more information to go on. What do you mean the sample is "stuck" in the capillary? Do you mean there is residue in the capillary after separation or do you not achieve separation at all? That is, do you only see sample when pressure is applied? If the latter is the case, more experimental details would be helpful (analytes and analyte concentration, applied voltage, injection details, etc.)
