Why my Nyquist plot shows such graph? Why is it not semicircle in nature and why does it have quater circle?

This is an impedance Nyquist plot of a metal oxide that is measured at a frequency range from 4 Hz to 1 MHz at room temperature.

You can try increase the testing frequency or decrease the testing temperature to get semicircle plot.
