I would like to know the molecular mechanisms behind mouse pups resistance to CO2.
Prolonged CO2 exposure time for neonatal rats can be explained by the mechanisms of action of CO2 and the innate resistance of the neonate to hypercarbia and hypoxia.
But why the innate resistance of the neonate to hypercarbia and hypoxia? Can you recommend me some lecture? Thanks!
Please have a look at these useful ResearchGate links.

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.
