Thank you for sharing your view Ajit Singh . But sir, isn't it time consuming? I feel that researchers and academicians should come up with other methods for making sure of proper citations and meeting ethical standards?! For literature review: Plagiarism check can be done excluding literature review. and for review standards enabling "peer review" as a screening process before viva might be one option.
