Why has Mendeley plug-in suddenly disappeared in word 2007? Also, the new version 2.62.0 is not working in word 2007. Any solutions?

Sir, i tried installing older version (1.17.10). It restored my account and also installed MS-Word plug in (that was not getting installed in latest version). But the problem still persists, It is still not working

Latest version (2.62.0) is not compatible with MS Word 2007
