why images in scanning electron microscope(sem) got bright stripes? an image is attached. it does not look like a material related contrast(polymers). it does not disappear with current, voltage or spot intensity. it is reduced with decreasing the scan speed, butthen the image is.not clear.

I am pretty confident the issue is caused by charging. You can see some examples just searching on the internet for "SEM charging effect" (https://images.app.goo.gl/gL12F9hVovWPv9TA6).
To avoid that you must coat your sample with an electronically conductive material such as gold or graphite.

Yes, it's definitely charging. Coat your specimen or decrease voltage to about 1 kV (you need to play a bit with voltage to find a spot where charging is minimized). Coating is simpler and often provide more consistent results.
