I do see that there are papers with my papers cited in them, but on my ResearchGate stats it does not show those citations. I contacted RG through "contact us" with no luck so far. Is there any other way to make sure my citations are correct?
Citations are identified automatically by algorithms, not manually. Therefore the ResearchGate (RG) team cannot help you to find more citations. There are several reasons why the lists of citations in ResearchGate are rather often incomplete, e.g. missing full texts of the citing publications in RG.
