Why heat added to a system at lower temperature causes greater randomness than when the same quantity of heat is added to it at higher temperature?
When a system absorbs heat, the molecules start moving faster because kinetic energy increases, hence disorder increases. For the same amount of heat absorbed at lower temperature, the disorder is more than at higher temperature.
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
