While in research literature several research have been reported on correlation of the powers across different frequency bands (Beta, gamma, alpha theta) with cognitive load. But very few has reported the entropy relation with cognitive load. May be I have missed some latest research.
Please help me to get more literature on Cognitive Load relationship with spectral entropy or I am open to receive research thoughts on the same.

This paper has done extensive work on drivers fatigue analysis using entropy as a measure. Also discuss different entropy feature sets and classifier. This will helps me to identify that which entropy feature set will be a better measure for my case. Thanks.

Dear Naveen, why don't you use wavelets or empirical mode decomposition to decompose each electrode signal and combine several entropy-based features? Afterwards, you can use feature analysis in order to evaluate feature and electrode relevance?
