The predecessor of this journal was 'Animal Technology' which commenced circa early 1950's? This journal, and its recently renamed version, have been publishing value scientific literature about animal care and technology (particularly in a medical research context) for decades, yet it doesn't even have an impact factor, which I find odd? Comparable journals from the United States ie. 'Lab Animal' and 'Comparative Medicine' both have impact factors. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
