Bismuth (Bi)-related catalysts are the promising visible-light catalysts, such as Bi2WO6, Bi2O3, BiVO6, etc.. As shown in our experiments, a very strong absorbtion of RhB or MO organics and great visible-light photocatalytic activity can be detected. The BET is small. Herein, whether the absorbtion is attributed to the chemical way to a more larger degree? Whether the Bismuth (Bi) makes it work and how to detect? and how can I messure this feature in a better way?
