Hello,

I'm performing oxygen evolution reaction in a three-electrode system (glassy carbon working electrode, Ag/AgCl (3M) reference electrode, and Pt as counter electrode), with 0.1 M KOH electrolyte.

I used a catalyst loading of RuO2 ranging from 0.1 to 1 mg/cm2 and a potential range of 1-1.85 V (RHE) at 1600 rpm and scan rate of 5 mV/s.

I rarely achieve the necessary 10 mA/cm2 for the commercial catalyst and when I do its at very high potentials (1.75V RHE upwards).

What may be wrong with my experiments?
