I use dynamic mesh in my model of a bileaflet mechanical heart valve (BMHV) type SJM,the bileaflet mechanical heart valve(BMHV) is moving from angle 25 degree up to 85 degree and the work fluid is water. I load a time-dependent angular velocity to the moving leaflets of BMHV, then, I set the time step 1e-4, and after 2000 steps, the warning is shown: Warning: negative cell volume detected! Error: Update dynamic mesh failed! Error Object. Pleas could tell me what is the problem.

Depends on what software you're currently using for this, but I'm actually wondering why you would go for a dynamic mesh? Dynamic meshes are more appropriate where the moving mesh elements are the effectors of the force; in the case of the valve leaflets, they don't actually move by themselves, they move because the fluid pushes them open. So to accurately simulate the movement of the leaflets under flow of fluid, it would be more appropriate to maybe set up a fluid-solid interaction case.
