You can try, also, to use a saturated solution of 8-hydrossichinoline in water (dissolve a little amount of power in distilled water at 40°C, stirring for two hours, then filter; stock the solution in refrigerator at 5°C ). Use for 3 hour, at room temperature, in test tube, then wash the sample with water and go on.....as usual.
