To head the MBA PROGRAM an academician will be right choice for the following reasons:
1. He should know the curriculum - courses taught, teachers teaching, students feedback, thereby changes necessary
2. Students requirements and the assistance
3. Method of teaching - novelty and improvement thereby
4. Academic advisory board for the products - students getting right placement
5. Introduction of trend in curriculum and enhancing research activities Involvement etc.
Honestly both should be involved in the programme. The Academician to set the stage by providing the theoretical background and links to the industry while A manager from the corporate sector unfolds the practicality within the corporate world.
