What exactly do you want to do? Do you need the chromatographic conditions or the detector conditions?. In a real sample or just standards?. Do you have this instrumentation in your lab? CE could be an efficient alternative.
we are looking for collaboration to elaborate ISO Standards for the sampling and analysis of primary, secondary and tertiary aliphatic and aromatic amines in real air samples using accumulated sampling on acid impregnated filters. At the moment, we are in contact with project partners being experienced with HPLC coupled to tandem MS. The International Standards will be primarily focused on indoor air analysis and the analysis of emission test chamber air (like e.g. emission chamber tests for PU products). For the majority of amines covered by these International Standards, the range of application is from 0,02 µg/m³ to 100 µg/m³ (for indoor air samples of 5 L to 150 L). The Standards can also be used for the determination of amines in water if the detection limit is sufficient.
We are about to form an international working group to share experiences and to elaborate these International Standards. I would be more than pleased if you would be willing to share your expertise. Please let me know if you are interested.
