For us who are educators, scientists and researchers of this decade, RG is absolutely necessary. Have a look at this:

@Fung, I think AE (Academia Edu) is the other alternative site.
Well I really do not know the people that initiated it but it is situated in Germany
I think all our panel members give their feedback. BTW, it is a good site which helps a lot for all researchers to present their personal view..
