Who has an idea on how to design this kind of mesh pattern with Abaqus?

Compliments of the season to everyone and welcome to this beautiful new year!

Please, I have in furtherance of my project, this problem. How can I get a meshing pattern in this arrangement- the cells of the mesh spreading from one end of a Part to another end? I want to achieve the a area (in the whole component) where the number of cells is largest/highly dense.
