Its belong to the Bajocian - Bathonian of central Iran. I am sure is a Phlebopteris, but I haven't seen such form of venation yet.
Placenta scares are exit in the basal part of the pinnules half.

Several Phlebopteris were quoted from the Aalenian-Bajocian of the Elbourz, isn't it ?
