The suggestion of its being a nitidulid seems sound, but I am not a specialist of this difficult group - anyway I do not believe anybody could determine the species from the pictures: generally reliable identification of (espacially small) beetles from pictures is possible only in case of very distinctive species of no similar or close relatives!
I think your best bet for identification to species level is the Commonwealth Institute of Entomology - Natural History Museum, London. They do charge fees for identification.
