I would really like to evaluate the performance of organizations such as universities, hospitals, etc. Dear Professor, please help me, I want to do this with you.

I am in Kurdistan university in Iran. I have evaluated hospitals, electricity units, municipalities, university and so on.

I have written ISI papers in good journals.
