Which university Is best one for education in geology courses?

I want to know more about universities of world.

The teaching/research staff of many universites are likely to range from decent to experts in their local region, while not being as knowledgeable in the geology of very different regions. Therefore, 'best in geology courses' might be quite subjective, as it depends on context.
