Which types of IS standards can one use for the analysis of Omeprazole, Pyrimethnamine, Clotrimazole, and Lumefantrine?

There is some of the commmon things for selection of IS
1) PKa and Log P of IS is as similar as with Drug Molecule.
2) Structure similarity (Whole Structure/Base Structure) of IS with Drug molecule
3) Saperation of IS and Drug molecule is possible with same mobile phase.
4) Difference between RT is minimum 2 minute between IS and Drug molecule.
So accordingly you have to select your IS as per the Drugs which you want to analyse.
omeprazole can cause neutropenia: I do not know if this is aalso true for other meds
