thanks for replying, i have read it but i am searching for some model or theory that could support the phenomena of depletion of resource in home domain and its effect into work domain.

well, are you sure it's worth calling it depletion? i think there is a lot of studies before the depletion theory that explored how difficulties in one sphere can impact performance in the other. and i think there two ways: sometimes failure in one sphere can motivate the person to succeed in the other, but sometimes, of course, it causes problems in the other sphere as well.
