Let's say I have two materials A and B. I perform uniaxial tensile tests on these materials and I find out that material A has a higher yield strength compared to B.

My question is: Can I infer that material A will have a higher yield strength (compared to B) also in plane strain, biaxial, shear and uniaxial compression loading? Or do I need to perform tests also under these loading conditions?
