kindly named the software which is used in designing and construction of small earthfll dams, Also if their is an appropreate link for downloading it will be better.
Any FEM based software is Ok for designing of Earth fill dam. Anyway, I will suggest you to use GEO5 software. It is free. The web site is: http://www.finesoftware.eu/geotechnical-software/
If you are looking for a free or trial version, you could go for GeoStudio or Slide (from Rockscience), but if you want a more advanced software, you must go for a FEM of DEM software, such as Plaxis or Flac. Both of them are useful but the second is a little bit more complicated and I am not sure that them provide trial versions.
Any case, the trial versions have restrictions which could interfer, waste away or mislead your aproaches.
Geostudio is the easiest to learn and start with. There are many modules and they work in tandem for providing complete solution. Here is s link to help you. https://www.geo-slope.com/solutions/dams-and-levees
The clue is in the question: it says SMALL dams, so any basic seepage and slope stability software should be adequate, such as those already suggested, i.e. Geostudio. You do not mention the dam abutments as an issue, but for most small dams there are not normally any major concerns.
