Recently I had a preliminary study for a project and collected a wide amount of info about the metrics and the standards for the energy efficiency in data center networks defined all around the world, with a specific focus on ICT rather than on cooling issues.
I'd like to publish this study on a scientific journal, but i'm not expert of Data Center Networks journals.
Can someone suggest a specific review ?
I read about Journal of Supercomputing and Journal of Computer and System Science (not sure if on topic).

seems very interesting topic. I think that Journal of Parallel and Distributed computing could fit, as in Future Generation Computer Systems.
I hope to read it at some point.
